Arumbakkam Police arrested two men for allegedly possessing methamphetamine.
Following information, a team from the Anti-Narcotics Intelligence Unit (ANIU), along with the Arumbakkam police station, monitored the area and intercepted the suspects near a hotel.
On questioning and searching them, the police recovered 14.2 grams of methamphetamine, Rs 12,000 in cash, two mobile phones, and two two-wheelers. The arrested men have been identified as Anthony Ruben, 29 and Deepakraj 25 of Ambattur.
