Towers and open plots across 5 Telangana districts to be auctioned by Housing Board and Rajiv Swagruha

Telangana Housing Board and Telangana Rajiv Swagruha Corporation Limited have announced the proposed auction of vacant land parcels and finished and unfinished towers in various parts of the State. The properties are spread across Hyderabad, Khammam, Rangareddy, Medchal-Malkagiri, and Mahabubnagar. The notification regarding this would be released by June 20.

The revenue generated from the auction would be used to implement housing schemes for common people, in Outer Ring Road (ORR) vicinity and other districts, as per a press release issued by the office of the Commissioner of Telangana Housing Board, V.P. Gautham, on Saturday (June 7).

A cabinet sub-committee on mobilisation of resources approved a proposal prepared by the Commissioner and the Secretary of the Revenue Department Jyoti Buddha Prakash. 

Finished or semi-finished flats, Rajiv Swagruha plots in 11 regions of some districts, open plots, and vacant lands of the Housing Board in four regions would be sold in the auction.
