Telangana govt. nod to two 50-bed CHCs in Madhira constituency


The State government has accorded administrative sanction for establishment of two 50-bed Community Health Centres (CHCs) one each in Mudigonda and Yerrupalem mandal headquarter towns in Khammam district at a cost of ₹22 crore each.

According to a press release, the government directed the Commissioner, Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad (TVVP), Hyderabad, to take appropriate steps in this regard.

The administrative nod for setting up of the two 50-bed CHCs in Madhira constituency comes following the initiative of Deputy Chief Minister and Madhira MLA Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, who is keen on improving public healthcare infrastructure and strengthening healthcare services in the mandals to serve the rural population.
