As many as 25 children escaped with minor injuries after a bus belonging to a private school toppled after colliding with another bus near Madawara junction on the outskirts of the city on Tuesday.
The bus, belonging to Delhi Public School, was heading to the school after picking up the children. The driver was allegedly speeding and crashed into another bus. He lost control and the bus toppled, said the police.
Passers-by pulled out all the children to safety. The Madanayakanahalli police, with the help of a crane, moved the bus away from the road to the side. The police called the parents to update them about the incident .

Th police have detained the driver and subjected him to medical examination to ascertain the cause of the accident.
