Postal customers can send their complaints to the regional-level Dak Adalat at the Office of the Postmaster General, Western Region, Coimbatore, before June 18, 2025.
A release from K. Gopalan, Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Erode Division, stated that complaints should be addressed to the Assistant Director (Staff), Office of the Postmaster General, Western Region, Coimbatore – 641030, and should reach the office before June 18. The envelope should be superscribed with the words ‘Dak Adalat Case’ on the top.
The complaint should include details such as the date and time of posting, full address of the sender and addressee, and the registration number with date and office of booking for Money Order (MO), Value Payable (VP), Registered, Insured, and Speed Post articles. If the complaint pertains to the Savings Bank or Postal Life Insurance, it should include the account number, policy number, name and address of the depositor or insurant, the name of the post office, details of recovery, and any reference from the Postal Department, if available, the release added.
