Unidentified persons sent bomb threats to AIADMK general secretary Edappadi K. Palaniswami’s house on Greenways Road and the Chennai branch office of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Tuesday (June 10, 2025).
In both instances, the Greater Chennai Police, as well as the Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad (BDDS), determined that the threats were a hoax after a thorough inspection of the premises.
The Cyber Crime police have registered cases and a search is on to trace the suspects.
