Monthly lecture on Cultural Dimensions of Translation in Bengaluru on June 20

The Department of Kannada and Culture, in association with Kuvempu Bhasha Bharathi Pradhikara, will host its monthly lecture on June 20.

Writer and translator O.L. Nagabhushanaswamy will speak on “Anuvadada Samskrutika Mukha” (The Cultural Face of Translation), exploring the cultural relevance of translation in literature and communication.

The event will be held at the Kuvempu Bhasha Pradhikara premises in Mallathahalli, Kalagrama, at 5 p.m. It is open to the public and expected to attract scholars, students, and literature enthusiasts.
