The stoppage time for Train Nos. 22153 / 22154 Chennai Egmore – Salem – Chennai Egmore Express at the Salem Town Railway Station has been increased from one minute to three minutes.
According to a release from the Salem Railway Division, the trains currently have a one-minute stoppage at the station. Train No. 22153 Chennai Egmore – Salem Express arrives at 5.34 a.m. and departs at 5.35 a.m. Similarly, Train No. 22154 Salem – Chennai Egmore Express arrives at 9.39 p.m. and departs at 9.40 p.m.
With effect from July 4, the stoppage duration for both trains will be increased to three minutes. As per the revised timings, Train No. 22153 will arrive at 5.32 a.m. and depart at 5.35 a.m., while Train No. 22154 will arrive at 9.37 p.m. and depart at 9.40 p.m., the release added.
