The Adugodi police have arrested three people, including two foreign nationals, who were allegedly peddling drugs and seized 743 grams of MDMA, one kg of ganja, and four mobile phones and two-wheelers worth ₹77 lakh from them.
The police received information that two people were selling drugs near KMF compound on Bannerghatta Road. Based on the information, three people, including two foreign nationals, were arrested and the drugs were seized.
During interrogation, the two accused said that they knew a foreigner and had purchased the MDMA and ganja from him at a low price and planned to sell the same to the public at a higher price.
The two said that they had kept ganja in their house in Balajinagar. The police seized 1 kg 231 grams of ganja, three mobile phones and two weighing machines from their house.
Based on the information given by the accused, the house of the third accused, who was supplying MDMA and ganja, was raided in Devarchikkanhalli and 684 grams of MDMA, a mobile phone and a weighing machine were seized.
