The dilapidated condition of Daily Requirement (DR) Depots and other structural units was also cited as a major hurdle to operational efficiency. Several additional administrative and functional challenges were also discussed. The meeting was attended by senior GCC officials, including General Manager (Admin) G. Sandhyarani, Vigilance Officer M.V.V.S. Uma Devi, GM (Marketing) S. Trinadha Rao, DGM (Finance) G. Nirmalamma, DGM (DR Division) B. Surya Narayana, and Senior Manager (Coffee) T. Srinivasa Rao.
