The Advertising Club Madras has announced the 43rd edition of advertising awards called ‘MADDYS’ with a revamped, process-driven format. It is themed “AI vs AI – Awesome Ideas vs Awesome Ideas”which is aimed to celebrate creativity in tech-led world.
Following the success of MADDYS 2024, which received 1015 entries, 116 agents and clients and 700+ gala attendees, this year’s edition has introduced six stream of awards namely Creative MADDYS, Design & Print Craft, Film & Audio Craft, Digital, Media and Regional Pride (Tamil).
The event also includes 155 categories, Grand Prix awards and concludes in a one-day mega celebration. Judging will be conducted in two structured rounds by a jury panel keeping fairness and transparency at forefront. Jury convenor and process auditor Gokul Krishnamoorthy will oversee the process.
The key jury chair also include Karthi Marshan and Senthil Kumar (Creative), Santosh Padhi (Design & Print Craft), Gayatri-Pushkar (Film & Audio Craft), Apurva Chamaria, Google (Digital), Ajay Gupte, Wavemaker (Media), Chocka, OPN (Regional Pride).
President of the Advertising Club Madras, Balasubramanian S. said “MADDYS 2025 is a leap into the future. It is transparent, global, and built on excellence.” Secretary Surej Salim added, “With a robust jury and clear processes, we’re ready to honour India’s best advertising work on a world stage.”
