H. V. Dharshan takes charge as DC of Dakshina Kannada

H.V. Darshan took charge as the 134^th Deputy Commissioner of Dakshina Kannada on Wednesday. Outgoing Deputy Commissioner M.P. Mullai Muhilan handed over the charge to him. Earlier, Mr. Darshan served as the Additional Commissioner of Commerical Taxes, Bengaluru.
