Former Chief Minister and Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) president K. Chandrashekar Rao on Wednesday (June 11, 2025) morning appeared before the Justice Pinaki Chandra Ghose Commission of Inquiry on the alleged irregularities in the construction of Kaleshwaram project barrages.
KCR left from his farmhouse in Erravelli and reached B.R.K.R. Bhavan in Hyderabad. MLAs T. Harish Rao, Vemula Prashant Reddy, T. Padma Rao, MP Vaddiraju Ravichandra, and others accompanied him to the Bhavan. A large number of BRS cadres too reached there to express solidarity.
The Inquiry Commission served notices to him, and former Ministers Mr. Harish Rao and Eatala Rajender. While Mr. Harish Rao deposed before the Commission on Monday (June 9, 2025), Mr. Rajender appeared on June 6.
