As many as 550 construction workers were screened at a free health camp organised by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI), Visakhapatnam Chapter, at Yendada on Saturday.
The MK One and GITAM Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (GIMSR) provided the service support.
The workers underwent diagnostic tests and dental checkups. Experts guided them on lifestyle diseases and occupational health issues.
“We are planning to organise more health camps and awareness programmes,” said CREDAI representatives.
CREDAI Vizag Chapter chairman Dharmender Varada, president Ashok Kumar Eradala and secretary V. Sreenu were present.
