5 ways to use coffee for glowing skin



Why stop at your face? This one’s perfect before a night out or when your skin just feels dull and blah.

You will need:

1/4 cup coffee grounds

2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp coconut oil

How to use it:

In the shower, rub this scrub all over your body in circles, especially elbows, knees, and dry patches. Rinse and pat dry.

Why it’s fab:

You’ll come out of the shower glowing, smooth, and smelling like a fancy spa. Plus, regular use might help with cellulite too. Win-win!

Quick tips

Always patch test, better safe than sorry.

Use ground coffee, not instant (instant = useless here).

Don’t go overboard, 2-3 times a week is plenty.

Moisturise after. Always. Your skin will thank you.

Oh, and maybe don’t use coffee scrubs if you’ve got sensitive or broken skin. It can be a bit too much.
